Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern the purchase of products through the online store of Gàbor Celler via the website https://gaborceller.com.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By placing an order, the user accepts these purchase conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to read them before completing the purchase.
2. Products and prices
All product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping to mainland Spain is included in the price. For the Balearic Islands, an additional shipping cost will apply, which will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla through the website.
We also offer shipping with an additional cost to:

Germany
Hungary
United Kingdom
The corresponding shipping costs for these countries are applied automatically to the cart before payment confirmation.
For orders destined to other European Union countries, you may contact us at gaborceller@gmail.com, and we will inform you of the best shipping option according to the destination.
3.Orders
To make a purchase, the user must complete the order form, accept the terms and conditions, and make payment through the enabled secure payment gateway.
Gàbor Celler reserves the right to reject an order for justified reasons (pricing errors, lack of stock, incorrect data, etc.).
4. Shipping and delivery times
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping to Spain (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta* and Melilla*): free of charge.
Balearic Islands: additional shipping cost.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: not available through the website.
France, Germany, Hungary and the United Kingdom: shipping available with additional cost.

Estimated delivery times are usually between 3 and 7 business days.
5. Payment methods
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and other secure systems available in the store (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact us at gaborceller@gmail.com and return the products in perfect condition. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
