What defines us is our passion
This project was not born from a business plan; it was born from a feeling.
Oriol’s family used to sell their grapes to other wineries. But one day, we felt the need to give them even greater value. If we were the ones caring for those grapes, we also wanted to be the ones turning them into wine.
Gabi arrived from Hungary with the idea of importing wines to her country, but she ended up making them here, in the heart of the Conca de Barberà. Together with Oriol, who comes from a lifelong farming family, we decided to move forward. Without rush, but with determination.
Behind Gàbor Celler, there is us—but also our grandparents, our parents, our child…
We are a project rooted in family and land.
We oversee the entire process, from vine to bottle, because we believe our grapes deserve to be treated with care. And because no one will value them the way we do.
Family
We are a family-run winery that enjoys supporting one another when needed, staying close, and sharing wine around the family table—offering our warmth and closeness, without filters, to everyone who visits us.
Passion
We don’t make wine to grow; we make it because we are passionate about it. We seek quality, not quantity. Every bottle speaks of our commitment to what we do and to the people who taught us to love the vineyard.
Sustainability
For us, caring for the land is not an option—it is a principle. We work with regenerative agriculture because we believe that the soil and the vineyard are the foundation of everything.
Our work is an act of resistance: against the devaluation of grapes and in defense of the health of the land. That’s why we decided to make wine exclusively through regenerative agriculture.
