This is our most personal wine. It bears this name because, for years, Gabi lived with an arrhythmia that no one could explain… until one day it disappeared. And because Oriol, when he dances, has absolutely no sense of rhythm.
It’s a wine that doesn’t follow the rules, but has plenty of character. And we like it that way: authentic, different, and true to itself.

Winemaking:
7-day maceration at 22–23 °C.
Malolactic fermentation in tank and bottling to preserve the wine’s natural aromas.
Tasting notes:
Intense red colour with a pink rim. On the nose, ripe fruit, black pepper and vegetal notes.
On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with a very distinctive character.
