Winemaking:
Fermentation at 16–18 °C in stainless steel tanks.
Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes.
Low-pressure pressing to preserve the aromas.
Tasting notes:
Pale pink colour, clean and bright.
Aromas of raspberries, cherries and floral notes with Mediterranean herbs.
On the palate it is lively, fine and well balanced, with a refreshing acidity.
Food pairing: Salads, rice dishes, Asian cuisine and light dishes.
