Pouet is a very special estate for us. Located next to Senan, it has been part of Oriol’s family for generations. Today, the grandmother — now 96 years old — still speaks of it with pride, as a piece of life she has seen grow and change over the years.
Naming this wine Pouet is our tribute to her, to her gaze, to her legacy. Making wine from this land is not just an agricultural decision; it is a way of saying thank you.
And we believe that in every bottle there is a little of that pride that makes her eyes shine every time we talk about it.

Varieties: 70% Ull de Llebre · 30% Pinot Noir
Vineyards: Soils from two different areas, at 470 m above sea level
Harvest: Hand-harvested at 14 °C, on 1/10/21
Winemaking:
10-day maceration at 20–22 °C.
Aged for 14 months in second-year oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Deep garnet colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit with notes of compote, vanilla and cinnamon.
On the palate it has a sweet entry, a fleshy texture and a round finish with well-integrated oak.
