Maca comes from the Macabeu grape variety, but also from a small act of rebellion. We realised that almost all wines have masculine names, and we wanted to step away from that norm. We felt like creating a wine that speaks in the feminine, one that breathes both tenderness and strength.
It is also a tribute to all the beautiful women around us.

Winemaking:
Fermentation at 16–18 °C in stainless steel.
Gentle pressing to preserve the aromas.
Tasting notes:
Fresh, floral aromas with notes of apple.
On the palate it is silky, lively and slightly sweet, evoking the taste of freshly harvested grapes.
Food pairing: Seafood, rice dishes and soft cheeses.
